Confirming Your Tour Reservation
You will receive a phone call from Leisurely Pedaling after your reservation details are submitted online. If your booking confirmation is earlier than one week prior to your arrival, you will be required to pay all fees up front which includes a $25.00 non-refundable deposit per person. Any bookings confirmed within one week of your tour will be required to pay the full amount per person. If you are within one week from your tour date, please call Leisurely Pedaling directly to discuss the availability.
Payment Schedule For All Tours
The non-refundable deposit per person is due when you book your tour. This deposit goes directly toward the price of your tour, per person.
The entire balance for the tour is due 7 days prior to your tour. Failure to pay constitutes cancellation by you and will be processed according to our "Cancellation by You" terms and conditions.
Cancellation by You
Any cancellations made by you up to 7 days before arrival for your tour will be fully refunded except the non-refundable deposit per person.
Any cancellations made by you 7 days to 48 hours before the beginning of your tour will receive a 50% refund for the full price of the tour per person.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your arrival will not receive any refund.
Any balance retained by Leisurely Pedaling due to cancellation by you may be applied toward future tour reservations booked by November 1 of the same year as the original tour date.
An additional $15.00 non-refundable deposit per person will be collected with the rescheduled reservation.
Cancellations by Leisurely Pedaling
Leisurely Pedaling hosts tours rain or shine. We encourage you to watch the local weather forecast for area code 80524 prior to your arrival.
Leisurely Pedaling reserves the right to cancel any tour for any reason at any time and will issue full refund for any tours cancelled with a minimum 14 day notice.
Cancellations made by Leisurely Pedaling within 14 days of your arrival will be issued full credit toward any tour booked prior to November 1 of the same year, to be completed within one year.
Credit Card Charges
Leisurely Pedaling reserves the right to hold and charge your credit card in the rare event there are any losses or damages incurred due to your negligence during your tour.
You will be notified prior to any charges being placed on your credit card.
By booking a tour and paying the deposit, you agree to let Leisurely Pedaling use or re-use any photographs or videos you provide us or tag with #LeisurelyPedaling or @LPBikeTours on social media or through email. You agree to allow Leisurely Pedaling use or re-use any photographs or videos taken by our guides.
If you do not wish for photographs or video involving you to be used by Leisurely Pedaling, you must let Leisurely Pedaling know in writing prior to embarking on your tour.
Tourist and Traveler Code
By reserving your tour and paying your deposit, you agree to conduct yourself pursuant to the following tourist and traveler code:
Participating in this tour and taking this trip is my choice and the tour is appropriate for my level of health and fitness.
I do not have any disabilities or illnesses that pose a hazard to other travelers or myself.
I have valid government issued identification, permits, and vaccinations associated with the
travel needed to participate in this tour.
I will familiarize myself with the information in all pre-trip materials regarding tour expectations, suggested packing list, and cultural etiquette.
I will communicate any special dietary needs, medical restrictions, or other special requests at least 30 days prior to the tour. I understand Leisurely Pedaling will work to accommodate my needs and requests but cannot guarantee their execution.
I will respect the laws and customs of Colorado.
I will follow environmental guidelines and regulations under the guide's direction while participating in this tour.
I will respect other tour members' rights and privacy.
I understand group tours involve compromise to accommodate diverse interests, goals, and physical abilities. Leisurely Pedaling tour guides will exercise good faith and make decisions based on the consensus of the group that may not always please the individual but are intended to satisfy the larger group.
I understand Leisurely Pedaling reserves the right to refuse service to anyone whose actions or health pose a threat to the overall enjoyment or well-being of other tour participants, and that the individual may be asked to leave the tour.
I understand that access to medical facilities and evacuation services may be limited as an inherent risk to traveling by bicycle on paved bike trails.
I understand weather is out of anyone's control.
I will always properly wear my helmet while riding a bicycle.
I will imbibe responsibly and within the restrictions of local laws for alcohol and marijuana.
I will not wear earbuds, headphones, or other devises that impede audio perception while riding a bicycle.
Release of Liability
You are required to read and agree to Leisurely Pedaling waiver of liability prior to arrival, and you will be provided with a print copy to sign upon arrival as well. A copy of the waiver of liability can be viewed here.
By booking a tour with Leisurely Pedaling, you agree to be physically and mentally able to participate in our tours with reasonable and standard accommodation. You agree to provide Leisurely Pedaling sufficient notice of any condition you have that will hinder your ability to participate in the site seeing and tours. You acknowledge Leisurely Pedaling reserves the right to refuse service to anyone in need of accommodation that would cause an undue hardship to Leisurely Pedaling and its associates.
Leisurely Pedaling occasionally contracts with other operators within Northern Colorado. Leisurely Pedaling does not take responsibility for the actions and representations of these operators and shall not be held liable for the actions of the contracted operators.
By booking a tour with Leisurely Pedaling, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with riding a bicycle on open trails and roadways, and that these risks include at-fault accidents, severe injury, and death; and you release from liability Leisurely Pedaling and its contractors, employees, owners, and associates.
By booking a tour with Leisurely Pedaling you agree that all members registered by you or included with your registration are age 10 or older, and that any person under the age of majority (18 years old on the date of the tour begins) shall be accompanied by a legal guardian who will sign the waiver of liability on behalf of the minor.
